LEGAL / Privacy

Privacy in practical terms.

This notice explains what information Logic Bits receives through this website, why it is used and how to contact us about it.

Information you choose to send

When you use a project or contact form, we may receive your name, company, business email, optional telephone number, area of interest, timeline and the project context you provide. Please do not submit passwords, production credentials, payment-card data or other secrets through the website form.

How we use inquiry information

We use the information to review and respond to your request, coordinate relevant follow-up, understand the type of work being discussed and maintain a record of the conversation where needed for business administration.

Service providers

Website hosting, database and email providers may process information on our behalf as part of delivering the website and communications. We do not describe inquiry information as being sold to advertisers.

Retention and security

We retain business inquiry information only for as long as it remains useful for the purpose it was provided, legitimate business records or applicable obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask about information you have submitted, request correction or ask us to delete information that is no longer required, subject to any legitimate record-keeping obligations.

Website infrastructure

The public website currently loads typefaces from Google Fonts. This means a visitor’s browser may connect to Google infrastructure to retrieve font files. Logic Bits does not enable website analytics by default; if analytics is introduced later, the privacy notice and consent behavior will be updated before activation.

Email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

Logic Bits provides email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn as optional contact paths. If you choose an external platform, that provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. Do not send passwords, credentials, production keys or unnecessary sensitive data through a first-contact message.

Analytics is disabled by default in this release. If analytics is introduced later, the privacy notice and consent behavior must be reviewed before activation.
